Financial and Insurance Coordinator
Kerry can help you out with all things finance and insurance-related. She helps Pioneer Orthodontics patients with finding the best payment plan for their treatment and works to get you as many benefits from your insurance as possible to make your smile journey affordable and stress-free.
Scheduling Coordinator
Carly is our amazing scheduling coordinator, constantly working with patients to find the most convenient times for their next appointment. She is knowledgeable and works around your schedule, so you can see us complete your smile transformation. Carly additionally helps us with paperwork and communicating with our patients to ensure all their questions are answered.
Orthodontic Assistants
Tina, Daireeanna, and Madi work as our incredible orthodontic assistants. Their job is to make sure you feel comfortable during your appointment and assist Dr. Cserna during procedures. They are there to help you progress through your treatment smoothly and ensure each appointment with us is efficient.
Lab Tech and Public Relations
Tina also supports our practice as a lab technician and public relations expert! She is the one who custom makes each orthodontic appliance you may need during or after your treatment, such as braces, retainers, and Invisalign trays. She also supports our practice by helping new patients find their way to us and promoting our high-quality care and treatment options.

Training and Experience
Dr. Cserna received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry and pursued a general dentistry residency at Veterans Administration Medical Center.
After serving as a general dentist for many years, she decided to pursue orthodontics, completing her certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics at her Nebraska alma mater, in addition to a Master of Science in oral biology. Dr. Cserna has been serving as a dedicated orthodontic provider ever since!
Devoted To Making Smiles
Providing the best orthodontic care for the Lincoln and York communities for decades, Dr. Cserna holds a genuine passion for helping her patients create the smiles that transform their confidence. A privilege she carries with deep responsibility is when patients from years ago return to her care by bringing their children when they are ready to get braces. The relationships she and her team create during treatment make the excitement on a patient’s face seeing the final product of treatment all the more impactful.

Committed to bringing the most effective and productive treatment to her practice, Dr. Cserna continues her education through curricular courses each year, understanding orthodontics never stops evolving. An active figure in dental and orthodontic organizations, Dr. Cserna holds membership in a number of respected groups, such as the American Dental Association and the Nebraska Society of Orthodontists.
